E. " and the distinctive title "LOVIN' CLOZ" located in Nea Ionia, Attica, 72 Meiandrou Street, Greece (Tax ID: 800643056 Tax ID: NEAS IONIA).

The present General Terms and Conditions of use of the website and purchase of products/services of our online store (hereinafter the "Terms of Use and Transactions" or the "Terms of Use"), define the terms and conditions of your browsing and use of our website and our online store and govern the sales contract concluded between us for the purchase of products from our online store. Before entering our online store we invite you to consult our Terms of Use and Transactions and make sure you agree with them. In case of disagreement with any of these Terms of Use, you must not take any action on our Website or our online store, including simply browsing it. However, any action you take in our online store, such as browsing it, subscribing to our Company's newsletter, or purchasing our products, is considered as unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use and Transactions.

The Company reserves the right to unilaterally modify or renew these Terms of Use at its sole discretion and/or when the modification is required by law, possibly without prior notice to you, but always within the limits of business ethics and the limits set by law. By completing your registration you give your express consent to our Company to send you informative and promotional material about its products and services, as well as related promotional messages.

Www. lovincloz. com is not responsible if the newsletters are not delivered to their destination, although it makes every effort with the ISP's (Internet Service providers) for their delivery. Newsletters may end up in the spam folder, so please check regularly that they are not stored there. If you no longer wish to receive newsletters or wish to unsubscribe from the news delivery system of www. lovincloz. com, you can inform us using the contact form of the website or via the corresponding link that appears in our newsletter emails that you receive. Www. lovincloz. com uses a 3rd party company for the tracking of the recipients of the newsletters. D. CARRYING OUT A PURCHASE VIA THE ONLINE SHOP

1. ORDER

1. 1 Completion - Order Confirmation

Use the categories located in the main MENU of our site, navigate through it and find what you are looking for. Check the products in the shopping cart by clicking on the "Shopping Cart" link located at the top right of the website. You can use the "DELETE FROM CART" button to remove products from your cart before completing your order. Click on the "COMPLETE ORDER" button to complete your purchase.

To be able to complete your first order you must register as a new Member. During the completion of your order the system will automatically guide you through the very simple and quick registration process.

The prices listed on our products include VAT and are considered final if the delivery is made within Greece.

Immediately before you click on "Order", which is the last step to complete your order, you will be automatically informed that by submitting the order you are obliged to pay the amount corresponding to it. If you agree, click on the "Order" button and submit it to our online store. Upon submission of your order in accordance with the above, the system of www. site. gr will automatically send you a message to the email account you have indicated during your registration as a Member, which will notify you that we have received the order, will indicate the products you have ordered and all the terms of the order. From this point onwards, you don't need to do anything else until you receive your products.

When the order is delivered to the courier company we work with (Table II. D. 3) or another partner company, you will receive a new email message indicating the bill of lading/shipping number. With this number you can track the progress of your order until it reaches the delivery location you have indicated in your order.

From the offers, which occasionally makes www. site. gr do not participate products that are already at a discounted price.

You can at any time check the "Status" of your order by clicking on the link "MY ACCOUNT". If your order has been delivered to the courier company, you can find out where your parcel is by means of the bill of lading number, which is posted on the "MY ACCOUNT" page.

1. 3 Cancellation / Modification of Order

Cancellation of the order can be made in the following cases:

Before the order is completed:

Before you submit your order according to the above, you can technically go back and remove the quantities of products from your cart that you do not wish to order by clicking on the "remove" button.

After completion of the order but before the receipt of the products:

(a) You have the right to cancel the order after its completion in case the delivery of the ordered product(s) is delayed.

(b) If the online order has been completed but the product has not yet been shipped, you can cancel your order by sending an email to info@lovincloz. com or by calling 2130381830 09:00-17:00, Monday to Friday.

After receipt of the product:

(a) Any refusal by you to take delivery of your goods upon delivery by the Carrier shall constitute a withdrawal, the exercise of which is subject to the provisions of Section II. D. 5 below. In any case, we inform you that in case of withdrawal at the time of receipt in accordance with the above, www. lovincloz. com records the event in a special file so that the next time you make a purchase from our online store, you will be charged transport costs, as detailed below.

(b) After receipt of the product, the order is cancelled by exercising the Right of Withdrawal.

2 DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

2. 1 Method and Time of Delivery

Delivery dates and times: the delivery days of your products are from Monday to Friday from 9. 00 am to 17:00 pm for all of Greece and for abroad the delivery times of the respective Transport Company apply.

Delivery Time: Subject to what is expressly stated in these Terms of Use and Transactions, your orders are delivered to Attica, Thessaloniki, Patras and other major cities within two-four (2-4) working days, within three-six (3-6) working days in the rest of Greece and within ten (10) working days in other foreign countries.

The above deadlines do not apply during periods of extreme weather or strikes and in any case of force majeure, which may affect transport and delivery times. In this case www. lovincloz. com works with specific courier and transport companies.

If you wish to use a transport company of your preference with which www. lovincloz. com does not cooperate, then the transport costs are charged to you regardless of the order value and place / time of delivery. In this case www. site. gr bears no responsibility for any delays in the delivery of your products.

2. 2 Delivery delay

Our Company makes every effort to ensure the timely and proper delivery of your products, however we reserve the right to delay the delivery of your product(s) in the event that (a) the product is delayed in being sent by our supplier due to e. g. a customs or transport delay, force majeure, etc, as a result we do not have it in our warehouses when we estimate, (b) the product you ordered has already been discontinued and is not available due to a sudden and unannounced announcement by the supplier that the product in question has been discontinued, (c) there is an event of force majeure such as but not limited to extreme weather conditions, strikes, or any other event outside our sphere of influence and control which may affect the transport and delivery of your order. In the above cases we will contact you to ask you if you want us to deliver the order without the product that is delayed or unavailable, or to suggest an alternative, or to inform you of the delivery time of the product that is not immediately available. In case you are not satisfied with our proposal, you have the right to cancel the order in part or in full and to refund any money you have paid, in any case to provide you with the alternatives available to our Company. In case of delay you can contact our Company at 2130361830 or at the email address info@lovincloz. com where you can declare your withdrawal from the whole or part of the order.

3. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipments within Greece are NOT charged with shipping costs, if the value of your order exceeds one hundred (100,00€) Euro. If the value of your order is less than one hundred (100,00€) Euro, it is charged with three euros (3,00€) for shipments throughout Greece. The courier company we work with is elta courier. In case the area you have declared to send you your products is not served by the elta courier network, we have the responsibility to send you your order in an alternative way, without additional charge on the above shipping costs for you for delivery within Greece.

4. METHODS OF PAYMENT

4. 1 Replacement method.

Payment upon receipt of the order. When the courier comes to your premises to deliver your products, you pay cash for the value of your order. The cost of the cash on delivery service is three euros (€3. 00).

4. 2 Payment by credit card. We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards.

Your transactions in our online store are protected by the highest online security systems (SSL-128 bit and digital certification by Lets Encrypt, Inc. ) which guarantee a secure transaction environment for most of the 500 largest companies in the world. The completion of your card details (card number, expiry date, CCV) is done in the secure environment of alpha bank with the support of 3D Secure technology. And www. lovincloz. com does not receive your card details in any way. The processing of your personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy of www. lovincloz. com.

4. 3 Payment via PayPal.

Payment with PayPal is made under the strict transaction terms imposed by PayPal.

4. 4 Payment by bank deposit.

Payment can be made to a bank account of www. lovincloz. com at no extra cost. After placing your order, you must proceed with the deposit within 3 working days, otherwise the order will be cancelled and the products will be released.
