Our website www. lovincloz. com strictly applying the principles of personal data protection, as provided by the International and European law regulating issues related to electronic commerce (Directive 2000/31/EC, Decree 131/2003) as well as by the Law on Consumer Protection (Law 2251/1994) regulating issues related to distance selling and the relevant provisions of the Greek law (Law 2472/1997) for the protection of the individual and the protection of personal data personal data as supplemented by the decisions of the President of the Personal Data Protection Committee, Decree Laws 207/1998, 79/2000, Article 8 of Law 2819/2000 and European law with Directives 95/46/EC and 97/66/EC, expressly declares that it will not make any improper use of your personal data and in no way disclose, discloses, sells, leases or exchanges your personal information and the information you submit to any third party. The company processes customer data in compliance with the application of article 7A par. 1 (b) Law 2472/1997, for the purpose of implementing the order placed by each customer and in no way will they be disclosed, published or sold to third parties, unless the procedure established by the legislation on the lifting of confidentiality (Law 2225/1994) or any obligations arising from the national implementation of Directive 24/2006 is initiated.
RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
A) The authorized employees of the e-shop who are responsible for the execution & invoicing of the customer's order as well as for the fulfillment of all obligations arising from the contract between the customer and the e-shop.
B) The online store cooperates with payment & transport service providers (for example banks, money transfer services such as Paypal, transport and courier companies etc. ) necessary for the conduct of business activity and/or the securing of data and/or the service of the users of the online store.
Providers of electronic payment services have access to the personal data of the customer's order, if they are necessary for the operation of their services.
Providers are obliged to use personal data in accordance with this privacy statement and the data protection laws of the Greek legislation.
The credit card details used by customers are NOT STORED in the online platform of the e-shop.
The online store cooperates with companies that provide courier services (courier) in order to move and deliver the online orders to customers.
Courier service providers have access to the personal data of the customer's order, as long as it is necessary for the operation of their services.
Courier service providers are obliged to use personal data in accordance with this personal data protection statement as well as the personal data protection laws of Greek legislation.

THE COMPANY (AFOI AVOURI O.E.) keeps the data of electronic orders for tax purposes in accordance with the applicable tax law. Customer details are registered in the information system in accordance with current legislation including the provisions regarding data security and confidentiality and the principle of lawful processing.
The data kept in the file may be communicated to the competent judicial, police and other administrative authorities upon their legal request and in accordance with the applicable legislative provisions.
The customer has, within the framework of telecommunications privacy legislation, the rights of information and objection provided for in articles 11 to 13 of Law 2472/1997.
You hereby give your express consent to the collection and processing of your above personal data, without which we cannot offer you our services, while you can revoke or modify it at any time (article 2 par. a of Law 2472/1997 and Article 7 of Regulation 679/2016). We reserve the right to change the terms of protection of personal data without notice, in accordance with the current regulatory framework.
The online store www.lovincloz.com keeps the personal data as long as the Customer is active, and in case of inactivity and non-transaction with our store, they are kept for a period of five (5) years, and the liquidation will be done every January regardless of the date of collection of the customer's personal data.
